Chicken Basque a different way
Hi Lindsey, I am making Chicken Basque for friends but I don’t know if they all eat rice. Would it work the same if I cooked the rice separately and served it on its own? If so would I have to cut back on the liquid?

A delay in steaming the pudding
Dear Delia and Lindsey,
I have made a Christmas pudding batter … I kept it in the fridge for a day but wasn’t able to cook it today as planned … do you think it will be ok to cook tomorrow abput 38 hours after mixing ?
It had been refrigerated throughout the time . I know Gary Rhodes recommends keeping it raw in the fridge for a week… but what do you think ? many thanks , so appreciated !

Hi, I am making a buche de noel for Christmas. Delia's recipe asks for sweetened chestnut puree ... I have been online to find this but can only find either unsweetened or with vanilla. Could you recommend a brand please?
