Keeping mincemeat made with butter
I saw a question from another member about substituting butter for suet in Delia's christmas mincemeat (which i have made very successfully with vegetarian suet for the past 4 years). I usually make my mincemeat in January, would mincemeat made with butter keep as well as the original (ie, virtually 12 months)? or should it have a shorter cupboard life?
Soured cream instead of fromage frais
Can I use soured crème in recipe rather than fromage frais?

I make Delia’s marmalade, last year I overboiied one lot. Have got a Tala jam thermometer for this seasons Seville oranges, what temperature is set for Marmalade please?

What temperature?
I am making the CHICKEN BREASTS WITH STEM GINGER SAUCE for the first time, and can’t see what temperature to heat the oven, when cooking the chicken. Can you help?
