Cooking Jalousie from chilled not frozen
What is the cooking time for the mincemeat and apple jalousie if cooking from fresh not frozen
Marmalade not setting
Seville marmalade recipe works fine. But I use Silver Spoon granulated sugar and it won’t set well. Tate Lyle works much better, more expensive. Preserving sugar more expensive? If I reboil for another 20 mins and add more lemon would this work?

Seasoning the Little Gem Frying Pan

I’m thinking of buying the little gem frying pan. I’ve seen the video on how to season it with oil to make it non-stick. I assume you wash the pan with soap and water after each use.
Can you tell me how often you need to repeat the seasoning process? Or will it last a long time?

About the stollen cake. Neither of us like marzipan, Lidl has one with chocolate can this be substituted in the recipe?
Also my granddaugher has an epi pen as she is allegic to eggs and some synthetic food additives, I mention this as the only allegy information you have is on nuts - nuts can be deadly but surprising the egg allergy my granddaughter is enough to put her in hospital with an exemer break out.
