Shopping Trolley's

Camp, my trolley is only a cheapy as already explained, but my bottom has been bolstered up, lol. We had a parcel delivered over christmas that came in a very rigid cardboard box, my OH, took out the bottom of my bag using it as a stencil, and cut 2 pieces of cardboard the same size, to give the bottom a firmer appeal (if only it could happen to humans lol) and i have 2 more bits already cut and ready, should the occassion need it for replacement.

Granny trolley my ****!!

"... btw I'm 40 but I think I look younger than 40 (so I'm told ;) ..."

Well, I look amazing at 41, so there's plenty of scope for you yet!! ;o)

These trolleys beat having both hands crippled by sharp plaggy bags, mind you the one I got off Lakeland (Funky Trundle) was disappointingly shallow, only about 18 inches deep...

I improvise right now with a backpack, and shopper bags with proper handles - the idea of doing a week's shop and loading it into cheese-wire handled carriers scares me, yet me & mum used to do this all the time in the '80s!

Thanks for that Sam. I will look out for something to fortify the base. I did that with the wire corner shelf in my shower. I put a layer of polystyrene in the base as bottles kept falling over and it is working really well. Cx

bubble wrap

I keep a few feet of bubble wrap then if I buy bottles and jars I weave it between them, and the wine-carrier type bags most supermarkets do, with the six compartments, are also useful for tins and things and would help keep then in neat order in a trolley.

If you buy a lot of baguettes you could always buy a golf bag and cart then stick the rest of your stuff in the side pockets.
