Dualit Hand Mixer

Honestly, it is the best piece of kitchen equipment I own. I have a huge Kitchen Aid mixer that sits on the corner looking beautiful but does not do much else while the handmixer is used over and over again! Lovely bright chrome so also beautiful

Hand mixers are very variable, the best we have had was a Bosch, no longer available. The Kitchenaid product on a US site looks similar, with thin whisk blades rather than the thicker ones available with everyone else. The Marco Pierre White one, made by Russell Hobbs looks as if it might be good, the Dualit is expensive, heavy, and slow.
Let me know if the Kitchenaid becomes available in the UK, looks good!

KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

Hi Ceci,

I don't think there's any chance of the handmixer being available in the UK anytime soon (the frustrating thing is, I can't seem to find out why not!!!!). Anyway, as my old handmixer eventually died a death (ended up with a "one-legged" mixer after one of the beaters sort of "bent" in mid-flow!)I plumped for a Kenwood one (Kmix, in black) and I have to say that thus far I'm very happy with it. Thanks for your interest.
Joyce
