Soups


I can vouch for saffy's roasted red pepper soup. that is one of my regular soups to make.

Jerk seasoning/paste is so much different from curry inspired mixes and pastes.

personally I am not much of a fan of jerk - too much poke not enough flavour, and I like a hot curry.

Do use it sparingly if its your first time. Levi roots does a nice paste (in varying strengths, so do tesco own brand.

Red pepper and walnut dip

Made this dip last week and it was lovely , when we'd had enough of it as a dip I used the last lot as a sauce for some pasta just added a little of the cooking water to thin it down a bit it and it was really nice.
