Cherry Pie - click on the Freezing link to the left of this page, Delia has given instructions for reheating.
Sugar and lemon for us too.For some reason my batter this year made 17 pancakes.I have 10 stashed in freezer now.To reheat mine, I take out of freezer to defrost for an hour or so, put on a heated plate over a saucepan of simmering water covered with tin foil.But i may turn the frozen pancakes into a pancake cannelloni with spinach and ricotta.
