We had lamb shanks cooked in the sous vide, with a tomato/onion/garlic and herby sauce, Savoy cabbage, carrots & buttery mash. Followed by vanilla & choc chip sponge with ice-cream. I will do chicken & chips tomorrow (if I ever get to & from work!) I think, with salad or some such.
We are having rib of beef with yorkshires, roast pots, cabbage, carrots, brussels, asparagus & mushroom gravy!!! X
