It's probably Explorer...

Which is notorious for crashing (especially after a Windows update). I have the same problem with IE but not with Firefox. I find I'm using Explorer less and less as it's so annoying.

Not having a problem (using Chrome) but I suspect one of the adverts is the culprit, usually turns out to be Flash crashing when it happens to me.

I use Safari on a Mac and haven't had any crashes. But the pages have been loading very slowly, but then they are often like that!!

Recover Webpage.

How weird! So is it a IE issue then I wonder? I don't have IE so I can't check.

Works fine on Firefox although its not the quickest site on the planet!

Knorr will sort it I'm sure!

Website

Sorry James, I'm sure it is a site problem. I occurs when it is first accessed. It seems to act normally if a little jerkily when it is fully loaded.

I am on IE but none of the other sites I use has this problem.

Recover webpage-is it just me?

I always have music playing in the background when I'm on my computer but when I'm on the Delia site (and only the Delia site)when I move around the site the music stops for a second - the page judders/freezes when I go from one area of say Community to another. It even happens if the adverts change on here. Would be interested to find out the cause. I'm also a silver surfer so not very well up on the mechanics etc..

Recover web page is fixed

I had an email from Nor yesterday to say they think the problem has been fixed. So far, so good this morning, the site is running smoothly.

Just did it again ...

Been on the site for about 15m & read lots, then when trying to read what Nor had said I couldn't get in to this post, which seemed a bit ironic. I could still open emails etc, but the net had frozen on the top of this thread. I ended up having to shut down the whole PC & re-boot.

But is it only me this time?
