painting roses

sonyaK, in a hot dry summer I often think the grass could do with painting, a lovely shade of green would look good.

maggie you must be very talented to be able to paint your garden every month for a year. Were you pleased with the results? And how lucky is your little goddaughter you have you to draw her very own pictures to colour in.
I like to think my garden is beautiful, I've spent nearly 30 years of my time in it trying to make it so. As for the cat I think if he's out patrolling his territory in the winter months he is possibly sleepwalking, he hates bad weather but he enjoys the warm summer days.

Garden

I hope your cat and garden won't suffer neglect when your new toy arrives! : )

There are lots of gardening apps and WWF together is a lovely app with great pics and info. Enjoy!

Spring is on it's way

No I won't neglect the cat or the garden but maybe the housework will fall by the wayside, for a while anyway. Will look out for gardening apps. I'm going to have to learn a whole new way of speaking, most of the things to do with i pads are alien too me.

Spring On Its Way!

Beautiful sunny day. Grass has had its first cut - Daffs are blooming, also the Camelia - hope Jack Frost didn't spoil it last night as it was very frosty first thing. What a difference to all the rain we've had recently.

Woke up to snow on the hills this morning. Sun out now so it is slowly disappearing. Looks very pretty though.
