Freezing Spinach Lasagne
Can the spinach and ricotta lasagne be frozen - before and/ or after cooking. Can the spinach mixture be made frozen in advance of assembling the lasagne??
Greasing pans and flour choices
Hello
Why do some recipes recommend greasing baking tins with ground nut oil (Black Forest gateau) and others butter, and why is a combination of plain flour and baking powder used instead of self-raising flour on occasions?

Re-freezing Mince Pies
Hi Lindsey and a merry Christmas
Please could you tell if you can refreeze cooked homemade mince pies once defrosted? For clarity, I baked them and froze them once cooled, then defrosted as needed. However, I’ve taken too many out of the freezer so am wondering if I can just put some back in to freeze a second time? My mincemeat recipe was Delia’s but my pastry recipe was one not using lard if that makes any difference.
Using par boiled rice
I have been using your excellent fail safe method of cooking rice for many years. I find 17 minutes is the optimum time for a guaranteed result. However, I am following a recipe which calls for parboiled rice. How can i adapt Delia's recipe accordingly?

Replacing the alcohol in fish recipes
Hi Lindsey. I want to cook a recipe with Dover sole but all Delia's contain alcohol. Could you recommend a substitute?
