Dessert

I am having a dinner party and want to make a trio of desserts.

I have decided to do chocolate brownies with raspberry coulis, triple berry cheesecake but I am struggling to think of a third dessert.

Can anyone suggest a suitable third option please?

Many thanks

Trio of desserts

White chocolate creme brulee - served in shot glasses. Or little lemon possets, ditto with a homemade mini shortbread on the side, or an amaretti biscuit for speed?

Or a mango sorbet in a brandy snap basket if you have an icecream maker?

Trio of desserts

How about "œufs &"224; la neige"? Appropriate for season, or "creme caramel"? Or orange mousse served inside the scooped out oranges.

Lemon posset

Hi Amanda, can you give me the recipe for the lemon posset please? I have decided to do this as an alternative choice to pud and mince pies on Christmas Day.
Many thanks
