Various freezing advice websites suggest that it can be frozen for up to one year without any loss of quality. I have not tried this myself.
Delia's freezing advice is against freezing egg based sauces ( I know this isnt a sauce but it does have a few eggs in it). Delia's own lemon curd recipe does not mention freezing but that it will keep for several weeks. Personally, I would not freeze, its such gorgeous stuff, use it at every opportunity! I have a lemon cake on my profile (lemon feather cake) which uses lemon curd in the filling.
