Sandra...

We went in May for 2 weeks and had a fantastic holiday, stayed at Galley Bay. We are going again at Christmas for 10 days with daughter and her bf but staying at a different place, The Grand Pineapple and flying out early christmas eve....xx

Galley Bay looks superb no question but nearly £3000 for 4 nights a little over our budget !!

Have looked at the " Grand Pineapple" which is far more reasonable but want somewhere smaller really. For Christmas with a younger couple looks exactly right - have a ball !!

Many thanks for replying xx

We had friends who got married in Jumby Bay a few years ago and we went over for five days, it was lovely.

Sandra, We did pay a lot more than that but we had 2 weeks all-inclusive with premium class Virgin Airlines so yes, expensive but absolutely fabulous holiday and food was superb!!

You are all so lovely !!

After much ado have booked Coco Bay - sea view, plunge pool, all inclusive for £1240 - that will do.

If food rubbish will eat out - have wheels can travel.

Dolores
Glad you agree - a tad steep for Galley Bay. We are out of the habit of booking any kind of package - maybe we should rethink !!

Dottie
Across the pond - bed essential !!

You're all very fortunate

to be able to afford business class for tran-atlantic flights. That's all I can say!

No, we are not fortunate. Fairly sure all prior posts are from people who have worked their socks off for many years and now reaping the rewards.

Good luck to us all I say - we have earned it !!
