Going to NY in early October for a wedding and I don't know what to wear. Will it be hot? will it be cold? HELP!
yikes - could go either way. I was there in mid Sep a few years ago and it was BOILING. But it could be chilly and a bit autumnal

We lived in Battery Park City in New York in the late 1990's and enjoyed the weather in September after the heat on the Summer. We could never understand why the New Yorkers left the beaches of Long Island after Labor Day (first week of September). We never complained!!!If I was going to a wedding at that time I would get myself along to Macy's or Bloomingdales for some serious retail therapy. Go for it Tin Tin. I am green with envy!!!!!
Tin tin I was there last October. On the second day it was cold , windy and very wet. But would you believe, the next day it was warm, t shirt weather and actually got warmer as the week progressed. I loved NY and hope to return NEXT October.
