Cobb bbq

Yonks ago, I started a thread on this but I think it was in the What's cooking section. The discussion evolved in interesting (and useful) ways. Just wanted to say though that my little Cobb has not ended up as an "under the stairs" piece of equipment. I love it and have actually added some "extras". When I first bought the basic Cobb, I did add the roasting rack and I've since added the ridged griddle plate and the "fry pan" (which can be used for more than just frying.) It's great for bbqs for me and OH but it's proven fantastic when I've had guests who don't eat red meat and I've done a roast of say beef/lamb for the rest of us and roasted a chicken on the Cobb. It pops into the car boot when we're off into the wilds and all in all it's a lovely bit of kit.
