Tray Bake

If you look above under the "equipment" and put

Cook's Collection Large Baking Tray

in the search you should come up with an item which is approx 39x2725 cms from Sainsburys, Not sure if this is what you want, but you can have a good old browse while you are there !!

Tin

Why not get a 9 x 9" there are plenty of those around? There are always questions here from people trying to find a specific measurement. Much easier to compromise a little.

baking tray

I've just purchased a Silverwood anodised tray 10x6x1. It wasn't cheap but will not warp and can be used on the hob which I did last night to caramelise one side of a seabass before finishing in the oven, it performed well. Can't be used in the dishwasher though but it cleaned up very easily. foxy xx
