help please !

I want to make a large sponge birthday cake. in a new 11" springform pan,Can anyone help with a conversion for ingrediants, cooking time and quantities ?

Hopefully the following conversion will be helpful to you. I'm sorry I haven't got a cooking time guideline because each oven is different Use the ingredients for an 8 inch round cake as a base unit. For 11" round multiply the ingredients by 2. The height of the scaled up cake will be the same as the 8 inch round cake.
I have a full conversion chart that I would willingly pass on but I don't know how to attach it to this post or to put it on the site. If anyone else knows please say. I think I obtained the conversion chart on the old site some time ago. Hope all goes well.
