KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

Does anyone know where I can buy this from, or a website address please? According to the Delia site they are sold by TN Cook Ltd in Skipton. I've been on their website and couldn't find the item in question so emailed them to ask if they still stocked it. That was 12 days ago and I've just fired off a reminder as I haven't received any reply!!

Can anybody help please?

Hand Mixer

When I was in John Lewis some months ago there was a Kitchen Aid rep there and I asked about a hand mixer and she told me they didn't do one yet although they may in future. I certainly haven't come across one since.

Wrong Again

Please ignore my last post! Just put kithenaid hand mixer in computer and there they were, in assorted colours too.
Hope you manage to get one.

The Kenwood K Mix ones are similar, nice choice of colours too. Mine is black.

The Dualit one is the best I've ever had.

KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

Hi Rosewater,
which site was it and did it say where you could purchase one?

Thanks to everyone else for their replies; I have looked at other handmixers and I know some of them are pretty good (and I shall have to settle for an alternative if I can't get the one I want) but it's just that I've rather set my heart on a KitchenAid one.
By the way, I eventually got a reply from T N Cook and they don't stock the brand any more so perhaps reference to it should be removed from Delia's website?

Mixers

Gosh I am so illiterate on computers. Don't know how to forward anything! But I got several different sites when I keyed in Kitchenaid hand mixers. I have the processor which I recently broke while shredding red cabbage and overfilling the bowl. I had to pay £64 but they actually sent me a brand new machine with all the attachments. I was very impressed.X

It would be totally impossible to keep a site like this 100% up to date, 100% of the time. Stockists and suppliers change on a daily basis.

James,

it was just a comment, not an order!

KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

Hi Rose,
yes, I too looked at various sites after Googling KitchenAid hand mixer but unfortunately most of them seemed to be US-based. It's very surprising that given that it's such a well known and well loved brand, plus the fact that you can get the food processors, that no-one in the UK (or on a UK website) seems to stock them. TN Cook didn't say why they'd stopped stocking them so I'm none the wiser.

Guess I'll just have to keep trying and if in the end I don't manage to track one down,I'll simply have to consider other brands.

Thanks for trying anyway; much appreciated.

Amazon (uk)have a cream (almond) one £44.90 qualifies for free super saver delivery - ie you wait a few days longer for delivery. if you shop at amazon go via delias shop clicker, then the site gets some braownie points from amazon.

its in stock too as at todays date.

KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

Hi Sammy

and thanks for your reply; the only almond coloured mixer I've found on Amazon zt this price is the Kenwood one??? (model number HM792)? Is that the one you're referring to?
The only Kitchenaid stuff they do seems to be the full food processors and it's a hand mixer which I'm after. But thanks for trying anyway.

KITCHENAID HAND MIXER

O.K., So having spent a lot of time trying to find an over rated, over priced hand mixer and finally you find one.
Firstly, before you but it, think about what you will do if and when it breaks down?, then think of all the time you spent finding it and the time you will spend trying to find someone to repair it, was it really worth it?
To me it makes sense to buy a domestic product i.e. Kenwood or a Dualit (excellent machine), I got my niece a Dualit from Costco for about 22 pounds and its a great machine for less than half the price of a K.Aid.

Joyce, i do apologise, i got your plea muddled up with someone else....so sorry the one i found is actually a kenwood chef rather than kitchen aid.

so sorry for any confusion.

but it does look really lovely. I have a bog standard kenwood mixer, had it for years.

not sure if i can flag up the link for it - rules abound. but its easy to find via the amazon site - go via the shop facility on here top right corner...that helps this site stay free to subscribe to.

Kitchenaid Hand Mixer

Irisheyes, I know you wanted the Kitchenaid hand mixer which the site i'm about to tell you about doesn't sell one. However, they have everything else of Kitchenaid's. This company is also dedicated towards the customer with polite and very helpful staff. I have recently purchased a Cuisinart food processor and Le Crueset mugs, which all arrived on the stated day and in tip-top condition (no bashed boxes e.t.c.). The company name is Harts of Stur.
