Broken Kitchenaid Processor

Just had to tell some-one I have broken my Kitchenaid Processor.
Oh No. I was shredding red cabbage and unwittingly filled the bowl too full. The shank for the slicer is now welded on to the shank for the blade if anyone knows what I mean.
This is just a warning for anyone else and a plea for any suggestions. A friend suggested house insurance but I don't know. Can't buy another.

Kitchen Aid Repairs

You'll probably be able to find a Kitchen Aid repair company on Google. I had a repair done to mine and have just checked on the internet but the people are not there any more. I had to send it to Solihull - but it was nine years ago. Has worked superbly ever since though. Good luck!

Processor Packed ready to go.

KA were very helpful and will collect said machine on Tuesday. What a relief! Thanks. It would not have occured to me to do that. Dread the bill but it will be worth it. I won't make same mistake twice. Glad I had a moan.
