I would like to make the Preserved Ginger cake with Lemon Icing in Delia's How to Cook Book 2, page 38, but cannot find the right size tin - 6 x 10 inches, 1 inch deep. I have been into local shops and searched the web. Can anyone help?
Use one of about the same area. ie. 6 X 10 = 60 = approx 8 x 8. Just find any tin that holds the mixture comfortably, round, square or rectangle.
