Poaching bags

Are these things any good, I usually poach eggs straight into water but sometimes I know that the eggs are not too fresh so don't bother . Anyone tried these and would you recommend them.

Poaching bags

Husband bought some. Completely useless! Eggs stuck to the bag, more diddly than doing it normally. Confined to the bin.

Poaching bags

Irritating autocorrect. Fiddly, not diddly!

Poaching Bags

Agree!!!! bought these but a waste of money and too fiddly, never use now, back to the old method.

Poaching bags

I didn't,t intend buying them till later in the week but had the chance to buy them yesterday afternoon from Aldi . So tried them out this morning, they were ok a bit of a fiddle and not easy to see if the White had set it hadn't so cooked a bit longer but turned out ok. Prefer to cook in the normal way but will try out again, they only cost 99p for 15. Thanks for for your views :0)

Poaching eggs

I think I'll give using these bags up ,they aren't up to much .
I'll stick to poaching in water or scrambling them in future .
