Hostess Trolley & Teasmade

Apparently the above are back in fashion. As far as I'm concerned my Hostess Trolley has never been out of fashion and is used quite often. Wouldn't be without it. With regard to the Teasmade, we still have one but hasn't been used, or seen, for years....it's in a box somewhere in the Garage! Must dig it out as it will save us going down stairs and back up again with cuppas first thing in the mornings. Anyone else still using these pieces of equipment?

Hostess Trolley..

I've never owned a Teasmade but my Hostess Trolley still sits in the dining room. I can't remember the last time I used it to keep things warm but it is good for keeping my baking dish overflow to hand - the rest of the excess is under one of the beds upstairs!

TeasMade

We have a Teasmade which we were given for our 2nd wedding anniversary (1967), it's still going strong and has travelled all over the world with us. I have had to get a couple of new kettles from charity shops as they are not made any more. But I believe Swann do a version, very useful on cold mornings when you don't want to get out of bed.

Hostess Trolley

Ours is used every time we enterain and we wouldn't be without it. Good for storage too. Teasmade hit the dust many years ago. x

Teasmade

We decided not to hunt for our Teasmade in the Garage as after 24 years the electrics etc could be dodgy so bought a new one - "Swan" £39.99. Installed it in the bedroom this week - what joy. Can thoroughly recommend it.

Trolleys and Teasmades

My grandmother had an HT and Teasmade for as long as I knew her and I now have an HT of my own that I bought a couple of years ago. Re Teasmade, I had a Goblin one back in the late 70s and would really like to have one now, but the only ones I have encountered are produced by Swan, who I understand are not that good.
