Sauce Pan Help

delia recommends SKK pans. They are expensive - so maybe one a month or every 2 months - but they will last a life time.

I don't own one myself as i adore my cherished adonised pans.

A good set of pans is vital in my opinion and buy what you can afford - even if it means adding to the set at a later date.

I haven't checked out where in the world you are - but if your in UK, keep an eye on debenhams web site - especially around "blue cross" time.

Sauce Pan help again

yes your in UK, so i would check out debenhams.

Also, for bake ware products like baking sheets, roasting trays etc - i like to use "vitreous enamel" my trays and roasting tins are almost 25 years old, and pretty much look like brand new. I got my first tray in of all places Homebase - but amazon sell them, and the roasting trays work on direct heat of a gas hob (yummy gravy) as does the yorkshire pudding tin - too keep the fat hot, while pouring in the batter.

Saucepans

I love Circulon and treated myself to another one yesterday in Debenham's sale. I got the 20cm skillet, marked at £25 but 30% off in the sale, plus an extra 10% off as a card holder, then I used a £4 voucher - - - I was chuffed!
