My potatoes grown in bags are nearly ready, next year I would like to do 'Pink Fir Apple' in the same way; does anyone know whether they are suitable for this method of growing. By the way both lots of mint are doing well - different strains - I would like to get several different types e.g. applemint, pineapplemint and spearmint, keeping them all in seperate pots of course. Also maybe a curry plant, Plant nursery here I come!!Karen
A spud is a spud ! Used to grow Pink Fir in the ground quite happily, no reason why not in a bag.
Yep, give the little fellers a home and off they go.
