The seeds have been sown...

yesterday we planted spinach, spring onions, peas, beets and carrots!!

Have NEVER grown anything before- we have never had a garden before...

we'll also be planting lots of herbs, potatoes and tomatoes when the weather gets a little warmer. Think i might plant a sprouting garling clove too and see what happens (JO says it works)

how exciting!!

seeds....

Well done and it is exciting isn't it :0)

Yes, you can grow garlics that have sprouted, we do that although we buy 'seed' garlic as well.

Went to language school this morning and was given 4 pots of seedlings, cauliflower, sprouts and pointy brocolli but no idea as to what is in which pot; could be interesting. I'm not sure what pointy brocolli is either :0)

Superb

Keep us posted!

Right now is a good time for 'assisting' other growers - if you have space you may well find that there are courgette and cauliflower extras looking for a home, might also find toms and beans to adopt as well.
