Heard the Cuckoo last Friday.
Just been hanging out the washing and heard, then saw, 2 sky larks twittering right up in the sky.And we have had a couple of swallows wheeling round the cottage too...... but as they say "two swallows not a summer make" so fingers crossed they are wrong with that saying.
