Not only strawberries - I am cutting mine twice daily. Not talking a small glass vase here, vast amounts of flowers. One happy bunny !
you lucky bugger.mine are all talk and no show. have mine in my runner beans (as always) runners are flowering and attracting the bees - but sweetpeas - maybe i planted slightly too late, as we just moved. but the stem stuff is growing just no sogn of flowers - yet!!
Luck had more than a little to do with it Sam !Last time I planted so called annuals I allowed one or three flowers to seed early. Bunged a bit of sand around where I thought they might fall and there you go ! As my Gertrude Jeykll is fading, before her next show - glorious sweet peas around the arch. Bet it is a one off but who's complaining ?
I love sweet peas! Got so excited when they started flowering. Not masses yet, but I can wait!
