For Gilly

Hello Gilly,

Based on this chart……….

http://www.deliaonline.com/how-to-cook/baking/scaling-up-cake-recipes.html

This is what I would do……….

7.5 inch – 5 egg mixture

6.5 inch – 4 egg mixture

5 inch – 2 egg mixture

I would make sure each of them have extra layers of brown paper round them to protect them (particularly on the pointy ends) and start I would checking them from about 2 hours.

I hope that helps.

Best wishes

Lindsey
