geranium scented panna cotta

Hi Lindsey,
I would like to make a panna cotta flavoured with sweet geranium leaves - I wonder how long to infuse the cream and milk with the leaves?

Hello Sea Cook,

I would infuse heat the cream and sugar then add the leaves to the hot cream, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes then taste it and leave it longer if you want it to be stronger.
