Potato Bread

Hello Lindsey
I like the look of the potato bread in news letter I received to-day. BUT
I do not like goat's cheese, so is there any other suitable cheese I can use. I did think about Brie but it may be too soft.
Look forward to your suggestion.

Hello Peggy,

Delia says any cheese in the cookery school video and suggests Feta or Roquefort. Runny cheeses may not work as well but an under ripe Brie will be fine. Harder cheeses like Lancashire, Cheddar or Gruyere always work well.
