Sticky Toffee Pudding sauce

Hi, can you tell me, can you freeze the pecan sauce which is used to accompany the little sticky toffee puddings?

Hello Tina,

I haven’t tried as it’s quite a quick one to make but I guess making it in advance would save having to have the cream on the day.

But I can’t see why not. I would defrost it out of the fridge and warm it very gently in a saucepan before you use it.
