Shallow fried fish

Just to let you know, Lindsey we've just finished eating the shallow fried fish recipe from the Cookery School. It was great, light crispy batter with golden-brown chips, no malt vinegar though!! Also as I only had vanilla flavoured baking powder, I had to use that but it made no difference to the taste, it was scrumptious!
