Do I have to Adjust Cooking times....

Hi,
I will be cooking two Duck Poussins in the same roasting
tray on Sunday.....Last minute decision!
Do I have to adjust the cooking time because I will be cooking two birds of nearly equal weight at the same time
...If so, is there a way of working out by how much the cooking time should be adjusted?...or even a rough guide will help me a lot. If it helps, the recommended cooking time for each Duck is 45 minutes. My elderly mother loves
Duck, so I really don't want to make a mistake!

For Libby

Hello Libby,

As long as they are being cooked with a little space between them I would not increase the recommended cooking time and temperature.

Best wishes

Lindsey
