Leek and Goats' Cheese Tart

Can I make Leek and goats Cheese tart the night before as I have so very much to do tomorrow ?

Hello Mohedian,

Yes you can. When it’s baked, transfer it from its tin to a cooling rack to cool it to stop the base going soggy then when cold it can be put into a container to store it in the fridge.
