I thought my marmalade was at setting point. I put it into jars, sealed and waited for it to cool. On opening, the marmalade is still runny. It tastes delicious though! Is there anything I can do to rectify this.

You can re-boil marmalade. Anastasia posted this answer a short while ago …..

You will need to empty the marmalade back into a pan.
Add the juice of a lemon for each 3 jars , bring back to the boil , setting point should be pretty fast.
You can re-boil without the lemon juice , but it is easier with.
You will also need to sterilise jars & lids again.
