Pigs Cheeks

Hi, how do i prepare pigs cheeks before i cook them ? Do they have any membrane or sinews need trimming off (like kidneys)

Hello Jon,

Usually the butcher will prepare this, often into into thick slices. If you were preparing a whole one for yourself I would, as you say, trim away any large bits of membrane or sinew on the surface.
