Ginger!

Can I use stem ginger in syrup instead of crystallised ginger in the biscuit recipe? Want to make some and have no crystallised left until I go shopping and want to make biscuits NOW!

Hello Annie,

Yes you can, just wipe them with kitchen paper to remove the syrup.
