Silverwood FryingPan

I bought the above frying pan recently and seasoned it exactly as per your instructions.

Later, when frying an egg it stuck to the pan. Can you tell me why this is and what can I do to remedy this? For instance, is it worth repeating the seasoning process, bearing in mind it takes 8 hours?

Hello James,

Before you do that give it a good clean with a brillo pad then try another fried egg remembering to wait until the oil has a faint shimmer before you add the egg.
