Caramelised Balsamic and Red Onion Tarts with Goats' Cheese

Hi,
Once the pastry cases are precooked and cooled, do I put them back in their mini flan tins for the second bake or just on a baking sheet?

Goats' Cheese Tarts

Hello Lucy,

Keep the tart cases in the tins until they have been baked with their filling.
