Make in Advance

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, apologies if not. I love Delia's recipes and have most of her books. What would be really useful would be if Delia gave some indication of when a dish can be made in advance or frozen and how to reheat or finish off. With a lot of Delia's recipes, I'm not at all sure if I can make it completely or in part in advance and it would so useful, another Delia recipe book maybe? Thank you

Thank you for your feedback.

We have no books planned for now but to incorporate information on freezing, making ahead and re-heating on every single recipe would mean a minimum of 3 additional testes for each stage of each recipe for anything that was published. This would be a mammoth undertaking considering the thousands of recipes that Delia has published.

However we are working on this website and the online cookery school all the time and this forum is a good place to ask if you want advice on any of Delia recipes.
