Christmas pud - as well

Hello. just a quick question. I steamed my pud yesterday for 8 hours but as I made a few I ran out of lids...so one wasn't done. I put it back in the fridge but not sure if I can continue to steam it properly today or if it has to go in the bin.

Hi Tanj,

You do need the lid on the saucepan and keep topping it up with boiling water as it should never be allowed to boil dry.
