Apricot and hazelnut meringue cake

Not a new topic really but a comment on the Apricot and meringue cake recipe.... to help unthinking members like me please say in the cooking pan details 'a loose-bottomed' sponge tin. Lovely recipe even with the difficulty of removing it from the tin!
