Freezing Home Made Chocolates/Truffles

Hi, I live in Spain and I am a member of my local Lions Club. Last year for our Charter Night Dinner (our birthday party), I made over 200 chocolates. I did them all in the three days before the event in September, and in the heat it was really hard work. They were very much appreciated and I have heard several Lions say they are looking forward to them again. However this year I am the Club President, so I don't have 3 days spare to make them.
Is it possible to make truffles instead and freeze them please? I could do a batch at a time if so.
Many thanks
Ann
