Viennese Tartlets


Hi, I am thinking of making Delia's Viennese Tartlets. How long do they keep for? Can they be frozen?

If you want to make and freeze them I would suggest that you make the tarts but don’t fill them with the jam or dust them with icing sugar. Freeze them on the day that you make them and then fill and dust them on the day you want to serve them once they have come completely defrosted.
