crab rosti

Just tried the crab rosti recipe. delicious, and I want to make again. But the crab cakes just all fell apart when I tried to fry them. What am I doing wrong? (I am just learning to cook and followed the recipe very closely).

Crab Rosti

Hello Peter,

Did you use mixed white and brown crabmeat? I only ask this as it’s the brown that helps to combine the mixture. If they were given the full chilling time I would think that you just need a firmer hand when pressing them together.
