Self-raising flour

In the country where I live self-raising flour isn't available, can you give me the measurements of plain flour and baking powder to substitute it?

SR flour

Most packets of baking powder tell you the proportions, but generally to make self-raising flour add one level teaspoon baking powder to 110g/4oz of plain flour.
