Peking Duck

I've never been successful making this at home. Is it possible to produce an authentic version?

Hello Paul,

Sorry we do not have a tested recipe for this one.

Kind regards

Ken Hom's Peking duck

In Ken Hom's Chinese Cookery book there is a good recipe for Peking duck. Quite time consuming to make but there are not many ingredients involved. Most of the time is waiting for it to dry after the basting. It does taste good though!

Not sure if I'm allowed to post the recipe.

Regards

Wendy

Noreen re duck!

I had a feeling that was the case so didn't do it. I remember you mentioning it a good few months ago when I asked about copyright.
