pre-heat oven gas 3 or 140 fan
On hob in a casserole brown 750g lamb(stewing) in dripping and remove. Soften a large onion 10mins add in Heinz Farmers Market Slow Cooked Lamb and Root Veg and a dash of Worcester Sauce and some thyme leaves and add back in the lamb. Peel and thinly slice 750g potatoes and arrange on top. Brush with some melted dripping or butter cover and cook for 80-100mins till potatoes are ready. Then uncover brush again and grill to colour potatoes for a few minutes. Leave to stand 5mins before serving with steamed greens and crusty bread
