Chicken mince

A butcher's shop? Or mince your own, or chop finely in a processor.

Chicken mince.

I've never seen it for sale in shops, but most large supermarkets do turkey mince which Im sure you could use instead.

Sainsburys even do it both fresh ad frozen.

Chicken Mince

Your profile doesn't say where you live.

In the uk, chicken mince is widely available in the 3 big stores (fresh), tesco asda and sainsburys - so am guessing morrisons and waitrose and the co-op would sell it.

You may have to go to a large branch though.

Other than that, go to a butcher who will mince some for you, or mince some yourself, but remember to include thigh meat in the mixture.

Thanks

Thanks for your replies. My big 3 superstores no longer sell it, so looks like I'll have to mince my own.

Mincing your own chicken

Lindaan, if you do decide to mince it yourself have a look in our Shop, where there is a cast iron Kitchen Craft mincer for sale for £25, plus you will earn 50 epoints.
